ProKuote is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed professional service of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. All documents, contracts, and estimates generated through the platform are tools to assist your business and should not be treated as substitutes for professional consultation.

3. AI-Generated Content

ProKuote uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in generating estimates, contracts, and other documents. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with clients or in any legal or financial context.
• ProKuote is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated documents without proper review.
• Tax rates, pricing, and legal clauses generated by the platform are approximate and should be verified with qualified professionals.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use ProKuote only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, for the accuracy of information you provide to clients, and for obtaining any licenses, permits, or professional certifications required in your jurisdiction.

5. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of ProKuote may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of ProKuote — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by ProKuote and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All Rights Reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProKuote and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content, loss of business, client disputes, or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.
